Where we work in Poinciana
Poinciana sits across two counties and ten numbered villages: four in Osceola County (Villages 1, 2, 5, and 9) and six in Polk County (Villages 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and Solivita, the former Village 10). Which county’s building department applies to a job — a fence permit, for instance — depends on which village the property sits in. We serve both sides.

Village 9 / Broadmoor (Osceola) is a manufactured/mobile-home park, a different housing type than the site-built homes above — it isn’t included in the neighborhood table because the general handyman scope and repair needs there differ materially. See Wikipedia, Poinciana, Florida.
